     To display a list of your support tickets, follow these steps:

1.1. Step 1: You have to login into bizTools.top

     If you don't have any account in bizTools.top so you should create one account follows this guide in in article: How can I create an account in bizTools.top?

1.2. Step 2: Open list of support tickets

     You should follow Illustrations bellows:

+ 2nd: Click to create the new support ticket that you want admin feedback.

+ 3rd: Click to edit your support ticket or reply the feedback of admin.

2. How to create a support tickets in bizTools.top?

     + First step: you click on "+SUBMIT TICKET" button (2) like the above image.

     + Second step: In new window, you need input your question into all box of new support ticket form  like the image bellows:

3. How to modify or replay  a support tickets in bizTools.top?

     + First step: you click on 3rd icon like the Illustration 1.

    + Second step: In new window, you input your feedback into the reply box like Illustration bellows.
